McDonald's

So i went through the drive-thru and and asked for no shredded cheese and again when I got home they had cheese on them. My last post you guys told me it was due to me using door dash and told me to contact them to have this resolved! This is clearly not a "door dash" issue it is a "store" issue! Considering when you use door dash they dont go in and place the order for YOU. Every single time I go to this location and ask for no shredded cheese they take the shredded lettuce off and keep the cheese on or just straight up ignore the no cheese request!

We stopped by on our way to MN and this place was great. Our daughter had to use the bathroom and the men's bathrooms were full so she went to the girls room where she was kindly helped by one of the employees. My wife was in the drive through with our son so when we got back from the bathroom we were on our way. The food was great with the fries and Deluxe Quarter Pounders very fresh, more fresh than we have had in recent memory at any McDonalds. During our time inside everyone seemed friendly, with cleaning bathrooms and a good environment inside. We will definitely be back.

McDonald’s - Tomah, WI Very large eating area. Great parking location. Someone needs to clean the tables more often. Free simple puzzle game for kids. Pop is still self-serve. Quiet town. Just drop by for quick food and restroom. Nice overall Highly recommended

I don't visit here much. The staff are friendly, and helpful. I don't know but it seems McDonald's here is understaffed. I can't really tell because there's a wall between the kitchen and the dining area. The service is not great. If you walk in to place an order you'll be greeted with two kiosks and if you're lucky someone to help you at the register. They're not prompt at helping customers. I find that backwards. Go through drive and service has been atrocious. The number of times I have pulled away after placing an order and not having my money taken... Likely exceeds the number of times I've actually ordered anything. That's being honest. I find this modern store concept that they build a few years ago here, terrible. It gives against humanity and what any dining facility should be.

Clearly McDonald's people cannot read a order, especially when it's still on the receipt for my sandwichs. I ordered a sausage biscuit with bacon strips. I ordered two of those and on my receipt it says bacon strips. I got cheese... I am so glad I don't live in Tomah and this was just a one-time thing... Maybe a new storefront but got rid of all the good employees who can read...
