McDonald's (To Go only)

I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel. I got home and had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. When I came back to get the correct sandwich they told me I had to purchase another one. I said if I ordered one thing and got another thing, why would I pay for the corrected sandwich? Why would I go home and come back with the sandwich. I spoke with the manager, the manager said would you like a refund and then we ring up the correct order. I said yes that will be fine. They took the card that I used for the meal and left. Another lady came to the window and told me that I had to get out my car and go to the front window. I said I’m not doing that. I’m in the drive through for a reason. The lady said it’s a line behind you. I said I will drive around. When I drove back around they had my card and s

Every time I have ordered they get my order wrong. They never mix the mcflurry. And thry take forever. Results of incompetence and laziness. Do not recommend!!

The slowest drive thru ever. 2 cars waiting at drive thru parking spot and more cars waiting at curbside including us. So what is going on with the drive thru concept. There is no line but they made 8 cars wait occupying curbside and drive thru 1&2 parking spot. What a joke!

I went there for basic 10 piece meal even with the long line it was very fast. My food was fresh. Surprisingly my nuggets were really fluffy. That was very satisfying and the fries were bomb, now in the beginning they weren’t doing too well but they were a new store and that’s understandable, but I will say now they’re doing great.

Honestly, the service is TERRIBLE. I don't understand how a McDonald's drive-thru can be so slow!! We waited for about 10 nuggets and a medium order of fries for more than 20 minutes, and there wasn't a single car in front of us! This isn't the first time this has happened. Once, I ordered for pickup and received a message that my order was ready, but when I went to pick it up, I waited more than 15 minutes. The staff just looked at me and ignored me, and not just me, but three other people who were there as well. I think it's disrespectful that they ignore the customers and stand around talking in groups of three, just looking out the window, ignoring the customers and making them wait. If I could give zero stars, I would.
