It's so messed up how they just did me. I asked for a sandwich plain like I've done my whole life. Don't care for the condiments. Cannot stand onions. As three times was it plain? They said yes. I've already grown the habit of looking before I eat and it was filled with onions. Something told me to look in between the two pieces of meat where the cheese is filled with onions. I don't even see how this kind of thing could happen. Not to mention I'm at work and drove on my way to another job site and now I'm going to have to go back 15 minutes to straighten it out

Waited for over 20 minutes for a singular snack wrap + was one of 2 customers. I don’t think that situation qualifies as fast food anymore. This place is a joke.

So sick of this. This is not a toddler toy. Don't put the option on the kiosk if you're not going to have it or provide it. I can forgive the giving me the wrong burger, apologies we're made and I left with the right burger. But out of all the times I've marked for a toddler toy (6-7 times) I've received it once. I'm just going to stop marking it all together because it's clear no one cares or cares to look at whatever the computer should be inputting.

The top bun for my big Mac was extremely stale. I could press as hard as I want and it would just go back to normal. It felt like a rough sponge. I had to bend it very hard to even make the bread crack.

Girl in drive through is nice and attentive but apparently need to ask for everything fresh because the fish fillets i got were stale and bun wasn't soft like I like it. Lady kindly remade it but not the other one.
