McDonald's

Its McDonald's. On this particular visit, and I've visited this one many times before, i dined in with my family. They were very busy, but seemed maybe understaffed. I had cash and couldn't use kiosk. Its took a while. Woman who brought Food over was very nice. Food was just slightly off. Combo meals not meals put in singly creating one fry for 2 meals. Then small things like no veggies or pickles etc. There were veggies and pickles on all. Id go again, but maybe I'll stick with the drive-thru.

Used to be my go to lately service is iffy if you go on a weekday it’s good but at night it’s been shaky. I was at the 1st window for about 10 minutes two people were talking and laughing not even paying attention to the customers I drove up to the next window to get my food and was greeted by a rude customer who had zero skills I had said can you pass me the coffee I was in the car with someone with a severe allergy and she was handling chocolate products with the coffees she said we didn’t even have any coffee I just had to make you a fresh pot like ok? Isn’t that your job? Then she said are you going to pay for your food as if I was trying to avoid payment when the people at the first window were too busy canoodling to take payment…

I ordered 2 smoothies. One small and one medium. Both cups had the same amount of smoothie yet I got charged for a medium even though both would fit in a small cup. I ordered it through the app and I was suppose to get a free small fry with my meal but they charged me for the fries. The workers where very nice but nothing they could do about it. I would like my money back or a free meal next time I go there. That's if I ever go back

They came out with our order. Then had to grab the other they missed... never came back... had to go thru drive thru to ask for it.

Food is incorrect, because children are working there. After you repeat your order numerous times, they still messed it up. I recorded myself on the drive-through. Hate pickles would never say pickles, and so extra pickles.
