McDonald's

Just a really bad environment. Horrible costumer service. I went through the drive thru and paid for a 6 piece happy meal with extra fries a water and honey mustard. Got a 4 piece apple slices and no sauce. When I went in to rectify the issue, the manager was absolutely awful. She ignored me, and yelled at the employee near her to "take care of the counter." Said employee then came up to me and snappedz and snatched the apple slices from my hands. I would stay away from here. Employee mentioned was named Max. Not sure of the manager.

The employees are nice but my fries were soggy, the food (especially chicken items) were extremely overcooked, they were dark and extra crispy. I also ordered a plain item that they put everything on, and it looks like they tried miserably to wipe it clean once they realized their mistake. It was not busy at all, so I don’t understand why my food was so rushed and such bad quality.

The former manager, his name name started with an R really took excellent care of us, and gave me a lot better opinion of this mcdonald's.. I really think he should be made manager again. He took time to take care of us.

Went to the kiosk to order, it didn't print a receipt which was the least of my worries. I had to get my own cups because after standing inside for 8 minutes no one even acknowledged that I was standing there. We ordered to go and when we were standing waiting the female getting the food orders together (assuming management) told someone in the back to watch their mouth because this is a family establishment after he was loudly cussing. We finally got our food and left the store made it home and we ordered chicken nuggets in which we didn't get any sweet and sour sauce that was ordered. Overall just another bad experience here we will start traveling when we have a craving for McDonald's.

Absolutely ridiculous, four minuscule chicken fingers for 7 freaking dollars and they are double dipped and dried out garbage. I even donated to their charity thing and round it up and they give me double Burnt fingers.
