McDonald's

I’ve been about 3 times and each time has been worse. I opened my burger to the picture that I’m attaching. It was 9pm, one car behind me. Sloppy and the fries have been like this each time. Disappointed with the new McDonald’s. Each time the workers are standing around inside and laughing and messing around. It’d be fine if my food was put together nicely and was fresh.

I waited a while to make this review because I know the location is new, however, bottom line is they SUCK across the board and have not improved one bit since opening a month ago. Customer service is SEVERELY lacking. Employees at the ordering menu speaker are always rushing you and get irritated when you don't have your code ready immediately upon pulling up. Sorry, but your app moves at a snails pace and does not pull up as fast as I pull up in my car. I do not open the app while driving on my way to the restaurant. When you give the code at the pay window they act like they don't know how to enter it. Is McDonalds not training their employees???? Get it together. When it comes to the pick-up window, everyone is standing around (4-5 employees) doing NOTHING. Meanwhile, our food is NEVER

I am genuinely confused by the number of negative reviews this McDonald’s has. I have been here a dozen+ times because of its convenient location, and the fact that there usually isn’t a line. I have never gone inside to place an order, I only use the drive-thru. The workers here are friendly and polite, even when I am there at 5:30AM, when most people would be sour to be at work so early. I visited on New Year’s Eve and was told “have a happy new year.” I get “have a good day, sir/man” regularly. They’ve never given me the wrong food or forgotten anything. The only real complaint I could ever have for this location is one time my McChicken didn’t have the extra sauce I asked for. Also, there are plenty of spaces to park because it’s never super busy.

Based on other reviews I'm thinking maybe going inside yourself is the way to go? My family went here for the first time tonight since it opened because we were shopping at the jewel. Food was great and hot. All employees were so nice and helpful! Especially, Crystal! I did see other customers coming in angry that their food was wrong and it was taking forever and there was no where to park? The man working the front handled it so well! We had a great experience " dining in". Thank you! 😊

We ordered McChicken burger for drive through, expecting a fast service which is usual at 99.99% of all mcd outlets, however this was a horrible experience for us. We waited patiently in line for 15 mins at the second window and when asked where is our order, just a blunt reply that please park our car up ahead and wait. Another 10-12 mins of wait after which we were handed a cold burger. This was definitely not a mcd quality or service which it is known for. There was no courtesy or apology from any of the staff. Small things matter and hope management takes some action before the store gets blacklisted by the public.
