Busy. Our burgers were not warm. This Mickey Dee's has trouble handing out cups with your order. The young woman handing us out cups put her fingers inside the cup. We had to ask for new cup "without putting your fingers in the cup."

The food we received was hot/good. However, they forgot the kids Happy Meal! We had enough food to share...but no toy. This kinda thing happens here often. But...the kids Happy Meal...."would somebody get this kid a Happy Meal!?!"(Big Daddy/Adam Sandler movie) check your bag. Ba da ba ba ba 🎶

Worst customer Service in the entire state. They don’t attend to the counter. I understand this is post-Covid era and it doesn’t seem like anything’s gonna go back the way it used to be. But we can at least try. These people don’t try! You have to yell to get their attention because when you look at them and wave your hands around and they look you straight in the eye they turn around and ignore you! It’s unbelievable and it feels like can this really be what they’re doing but time after time when I’m there it happens and then again when I see other people there it happens so it’s definitely real! I’m not imagining anything or reading into it or jumping into a conclusion. I’ve also witnessed them treat the delivery people the Dashers like total junk! They are so rude to the Dashers so I gi

Came in for breakfast, paid for extra whip in my drink.. got the same amount as if I had gotten it made regular. Then I was missing an oatmeal and the breakfast sandwich I got was so sloppily thrown together that.. well they basically cheesed the wrapper instead of the mcgriddles. I get being busy however, as an individual who has Managed Restaurant for nearly 10 years now the slight attention to detail Genuinely makes the world of difference.. aside from that, the young lady that was working the front was busting her butt running circles assisting customers, taking orders, correcting and assisting and over all was super proactive and kind and maintained a smile!.

So slow I have been trapped in the drive through for 30 min the sweet home McDonalds is ridiculous. More training needs to be done. It always takes forever to get your food. Then it’s cold Don’t know what the deal is but this is nuts
