McDonald's

Easily the WORST McDonalds I've ever been to. Unfortunately I come here a couple times a month, because of kids and it's the closest McDonalds to my house. You will never get all of your food, something will be missing, guaranteed. It will take 20ish minutes to get your order taken. And that's only if the drive thru window is open. Otherwise it will take longer. If you are able to go somewhere else, I advise you do. Otherwise be prepared to be disappointed and might as well just get back in line.

The gentleman working at 2:00 in the morning yes it's not a normal time but because of my work schedule that's how it works out.. the gentleman at the window stated then when I got to the second window good gentleman after I asked stated that it would be 12 minutes for a pie because they didn't put him down for the whole shift about 25 minutes later my daughter with a newborn was coming through because she was hungry as well she ordered a fish fillet also put with cheese and onion.. she ended up getting a 10-piece chicken nugget and she has had a really rough day so she called waited on the phone didn't get anybody they picked up the phone and left it on hold then called back about eight times later the gentleman picked up the phone and left on hold for about 8 minutes so I called from my

I have autism and one of my autistic superpowers is pattern recognition. A pattern I've noticed about this location is specific to one certain employee/manager. He is a taller heavier set guy with long hair and very unclean shave. Every time he is working, there is a problem with my order rather it doesn't get brought out to the curb for curbside and after 10 minutes of waiting I have to go in to retrieve the order myself and he always seems dumbfounded like its his first day he doesn't even know McDonalds has mobile ordering, or I get no napkins, or a missing straw, or the wrong drink, its not always something or bad but when it is he is always the manager on duty when something does happen. Maybe he needs to spend some less time in the lobby flirting with high school age girls and focus

They cooked plastic/paper into my burger. I took a bite and started chewing and felt something that I couldn’t chew in my mouth and pulled this out. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve tried called them but unfortunately after 14 calls no one has answered.

Service was terrible and the dining room was filthy. I waited close to 30 minutes for my food and by the time it came out it was cold. Very disappointed.
