Unfortunately, this McDonalds is the worst in the entire Black Hills including Rapid City. They're always out of ice tea, iced lattes, and large cups. How can you be out of cups?? It takes an average of 20 to 40 minutes to get your food. Tonight, I thought after several months of not going, I would place an online order to avoid the wait. I submitted my order at 4:52 pm. Left work at 5 and arrived at 5:05. After waiting in the line for about 7 minutes I got to the window and was told I had to park. I asked why, it's been 20 minutes since I ordered online??? We don't have it ready and we are out of the snack wrap you ordered. So I substituted it for a different one and was made to park. Total time from when I placed my order until I received it 33 minutes. I don't know who manages this pla

I get really annoyed with asking me if I have a mobile order. But I was running late today. So before I left the house, I decided I would do that. Got to the drive through gave them my code got to skip past the money window and ended up sitting at the pickup window for as long as I would have if I would have just ordered it regular. I'll just continue to be annoyed with your automated recording. I won't ever do the online order again at this location. I was under the impression that it was supposed to make my experience speedier and more efficient and it absolutely was not. And I honestly don't know what took them so long to get the food together, my Mcmuffin was thrown together and cold.

Ordered at 11:17am in the parking lot. Ordered 4 items. Didn't receive them until 11:42am. 25 minutes for 2 cold mcribs, a double cheese burger and a kids meal with missing fries is ridiculous. This whole team needs re-evaluated because I can go to rapid or even spearfish and have my whole complete order in less than 10 minutes. Sturgis is the only location I have ever had to make sure everything I've ordered is in the bag.

Ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese no onions no pickles extra salt and as you can see that is not what I got… would normally let this slide but they messed up my order yesterday too and I even repeated myself VERY clearly at the speaker TWICE! Come on! At least the extra salt is there 🙄

Ive gone here many times over the years and the experience has always been the same. Happy and friendly employees with tons of things to choose from on the menu! Nice and clean bathrooms with tons of places outside to eat, both indoors and outdoors. Has a drive thru and allows dine in or take out.
