McDonald's

I just wanna write a review about McDonald's in Sturbridge. It's great there. I always have a great experience, but this morning was exceptional. The manager who I don't know her name came out to give me my soda because they were helping a person in front of me! She went above and beyond! This was Friday 1024 2025. That helps to know who the manager might've been! Thank you for all your great service.

The dining room was supposed to be open, but it wasn't. All of the chairs were upside-down on top of the tables. The orders made for burgers and fries came to me ice cold and stale. It was neither hot (as required), nor was it even lukewarm. It was simply gross. As someone who has worked at McDonald's in my life, I expect a lot better from them.

The food was ok but the place smelled like old burger grease. Considering the area of the place and the amount of traffic it sees daily, the dining room should be cleaned more attentively to look welcoming/presentable. The restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Either hire more staff or have your employees do their job. Service was relatively quick and pleasant considering it was right after dinner time.

My buddy took this picture. I was supper grossed out knowing this is where my kids want to eat. This place is gross. The service sucks. And ive aten here about 3-4 times, every single time ive had hair in food. Even my frys!!! Should replace this mcdonalds with something else ASAP. Completely GROSS. Never eating here again. Thanks.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. There were absolutely no straws, lids, or napkins at the time of my visit. There was trash all over the floor and all over the tables. The staff was nonexistent. I was very disappointed. I know this is fast food, but I still expect to be able to eat in a clean environment. I addressed it with a supervisor today and she told me it was like that because there were a couple events in town and they were busy. When I was there there were a half-dozen teenagers there, but that's it, and they were allowed to wrestle and crash into furniture. I was disappointed with my visit there but I was even more disappointed with the supervisor's response to the information I gave her. My visit was Friday, January 26th 8:30-9pm.
