McDonald's

I ordered from this McDonald's on DoorDash. Apparently, whomever was filling the order can't read because the sauce for my McNuggets was not in the sealed bag. And, on top of that, they wouldn't answer the phone when I called up there.

The kiosk inside had no receipt paper, so once I placed my order, I had no way of knowing what my order number was. The wait wasn't bad considering the amount of business, but I wasn't given my drinks. It took nearly five minutes of trying to get an employee's attention to get my cups. The soda machine was missing three of its drink covers and everything tasted flat. My fries were cold by the time I got to my car and there was no sauce in my bag.

I only have one thing to say. How is this place still in business. @McDonald’s is this the new face of your business model

The cashier was very sweet, but the service for the food was awful. We waited almost 30 minutes for a 5 dollar meal deal, with no apology or concern. When we got our food it was wrong!!!! Asked for a plain mcChicken and it was not plain. I believe it was the manager that took the sandwich and didn’t even have the decency to apologize. Then it was an additional 5 minutes, to give us a PLAIN mcChicken. And during the long wait there was no communication whatsoever. Just horrible customer service which definitely reflects poor management, will not be returning ever. Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment!

This McDonald’s is consistently sub par and has been for several years but I stop by every once in a while. Usually it’s just little stuff like staff that can’t give you the time of day to say a single word to you at the drive thru windows or long wait times for simple routine orders. Not enough for me to take my time to write a review. But today, I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with no changes. Exactly as it comes. I paid and got to the window to get my food and was asked to pull forward politely by a pleasant young lady. They brought my food out 7 or 8 minutes later and I took off to the house. I got home ready to eat and open my burger and it’s literally 2 dry patties with a piece of cheese between them on a bottom bun and a half filled fry box. Look at this depressing sandwich.
