Glad I paid extra for 5 pieces of shredded lettuce and the inedible pieces of tomato... It's a sandwich.. Which includes; 1 Bun 1 full size edible slice of tomato Handfull of shredded lettuce And some mayo.. How does one let said sandwich defeat you.. Yet here we are... MAGAS-Make A Great Assembled Sandwich🇱🇷

I’ll start by saying that I go here way too often. Out of laziness and convenience, mostly. Thanks to how rude the girl was who brought me my food tonight, after being asked to pull forward for no reason because no one was behind me, that won’t be an issue going forward. I spend way too much money at this particular location to be treated that way and don’t think I’m going to spend another penny with this establishment. Customer service goes a long way and lack of it just lost a very loyal customer. I say please and thank you to ignorant employees who don’t even have those words in their own vocabulary. Why bother? Between breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would go here at least 6 times a week, maybe more than that. Thanks for showing me your lack of appreciation for your customers. It’s goin

I placed an online mobile order for drive-thru pickup. I had already informed the cashier of my order number, and she instructed me to pull up to window 2. However, the person at the first window stopped me and asked if I had paid. He then informed me that he couldn’t see my order and asked if I had the wrong location. I assured him that it was the one on the racetrack, but then he insisted I at the wrong place. Then suddenly said he saw my order now. He then instructed me to wait, so I waited and waited, but then I ended up going inside to pick up instead. When I came home, they didn’t give me my fries and sauce that I had requested online! How could they do that??!!!! Rude rude

Asked for a large fry and got half a medium fry (no there were none that fell out in the bag) everything else was right, no tomatoes, but really? A large fry? This medium is more like a small. I usually check my meals and I really should have check this before pulling off 🤦🏽‍♀️
