I would give 0 stars if I could for service at this location now. For a mobile order, paid in advance by 10-15 minutes, why am I parking for my food?! Absolute incompetence and a fake apology. I have things to do and places to be. The management must be different now. Don’t try the mobile app because if you prepare ahead and are too busy, they still make you wait. Adding insult to the injury because they didn’t let it set from grease, now I have this (see photos). Completely stuck to the packaging. They did replace 4 of the hash browns but who’s to say this won’t happen again. I am still in disbelief about ordering ahead and still made to park.

One of the best McDs I ever visited. Great, friendly people. Spotless, ultra CLEAN tables, floors and bathrooms. Large eating areas. Outdoor seating. Children's play area. Handicap ramps. Located in a nice clean neighborhood area, next to a gas station and across from a large BigY food store, and others. Plenty of parking at this restaurant, as well.

This is the best Play Place at a McDonald's in our area that I know of. There are 2 closer but this one is bigger and better maintained, totally worth the drive. I do wish they had bothered to number the tables in the play place like they have them numbered in the main dining area. I like to bring my child here if it's too hot, too cold, or bad weather outside. We usually meet friends there, let the kids play for a few hours while the parents get to hang out and chat.

Ordered pickup 20 minutes before arriving at the store, would’ve been better off sitting in the line of 8 cars at the driveway as my food didn’t come out for 25+ minutes after arriving at the store. Would recommend you take your money somewhere else or just cook at home. The slowest fast food I’ve ever experienced.

My girls (8 & 9) love the play area here, but the service is usually terrible I'm sorry to say! There always seems to be either not enough staff on shift or even when there does seem like plenty of help, they take a ridiculously long time to complete orders. Just yesterday we ordered two items to go for my son who wasn't with us at the time. He wanted a quarter pounder with cheese only & McCrispy plain. Well plain usually means nothing on it, but they added pickles despite the label right on it that said plain. Glad I checked before leaving. Please pay more attention staff! You should get what you pay for. Simple mistake maybe, but happens far too often for us customers. It also shouldn't take 10+ mins for fast food I'm sorry.
