McDonald's

I must say this McDonald's in Snow Hill operates fantastically! I go here about once a week on my way home from work and they always get my order correct. I typically use the drive-thru, and unlike years past, it moves fairly efficiently. The food is fresh and tasty. If you've not tried this McDonald's in a while, now's your time

My order was wrong. A manager came to the window and told me that I should have double checked the order on the screen (instead of just trying to correct the order…I would have paid the difference). When I asked her how much I paid for it she shrugged and told me that’s why they put receipts in bags and walked away. I go to McDonalds three times a week for the kids because it’s convenient after school, not because I want to experience someone’s attitude.

Went through the drive through to get a coke, was 1.59 , gave a dollar sixty. They kept my penny and was told the bullshit excuse , because they quite making pennies, i wonder if they would appreciate if I gave them 1.55 and said, I don't have any pennies they quit making them.

Unless your going through the drive thru the service is terrible.. Long wait time for food when hardly anyone is inside.. floor is always slippery and the kiosks are always out of paper.

Since I have been working in this area, I have been frequenting this establishment quite often during the week. I would like to offer some feedback regarding a specific employee. I am only familiar with her first name. JASMINE! I simply wanted to express how much I enjoy seeing her when I visit this particular McDonald's. She consistently demonstrates exceptional politeness and friendliness. This young woman will undoubtedly become an outstanding manager in the near future.
