Edit: i submitted a complaint and got a generic response with no solution. This location no longer exists as far as I'm concerned. Will never spend money here again. 9/10 times I've ordered a BEC bagel with extra sauce and gotten no sauce at all, just a dry bagel. Its inedible for me so I had to drive back to get it made correctly. I also ordered a egg & cheese biscuit and there was no cheese - how do you mess up 3 ingredients? Idk what the issue is, but yall should be making the food consistently, & not according to whatever you like. Going to the other location moving forward.

What in the shrinkflation is this egg one third of the size of normal and one slice of cheese despite charging more than before. Either this was made wrong by lazy people or they are being taught to cut corners.

I am totally fine with waiting longer than normal for the food. Finally got the two happy meals for my kids after waiting for more then 10 minutes, this was Friday at 4:45 pm. I asked for an extra sweet-and-sour sauce because there was no option on the app to get it. The person at the counter seem upset that I’m asking for extra sweet-and-sour sauce. As if they have to pay out-of-pocket. They were also not polite. Then, I asked them to change the toys because my children don’t want the skeletons in their happy meals and they said they can’t do it. I had to just throw the toys in the trash. Floors are pretty greasy with oil outside. Bathroom was dirty with urine all over. Our first and last time here.

Ordered breakfast and the sausage was ice cold on the sandwiches. The hash brown was also cold. Like it wasn't cooked. Gave me black coffee instead of how I ordered it. Also started giving me someone else's order. Wouldn't go there again

Honest review: It's a coin toss. My little one loves coming here because it's the closest near our house depending what time of day is going to determine how clean it is and how fast the services. ALOT teens hang out here so you can only imagine. What I have to mention though is when we did have a problem with the service...the manger KATHY made sure she reached out to me and for that I appreciate thrit customer service. It's nice to know they still care about their customers and experience ❤️
