Ok...my family loves McD's and hasn't had it in a pretty long time. So, today was supposed to be a treat. I always use the app to have deals and such so that is what I tried to do today. I paid, the transaction went through, my bank was charged...then, I got to the drive thru and that is where it all went downhill. I gave my app code and the voice says, "I'm sorry your order didn't process...it happens sometimes. You'll have to cancel your order on the app and I'll just take your order." I told them I used a deal and asked if I could still have the deal because it was 50% off! He said he'd have to get someone, but he'll go ahead and take my order. Unless you have your exact info from your receipt, you can't contact McD to tell them they screwed up, so I will just post a review. The tag on my burger starts with the word BACON, but that isn't on the burger. Sucks when you are at home and you don't have what you paid for. I will sit in the drive-thru from now on and make sure EVERY item in my order is correct even if they are in middle of lunch rush and the line is to the street. I paid for it and I wanted it.

Horrible service! We only ordered 2 sausage biscuits. We waited 20 minutes at curbside. I finally had to go in and waited almost 10 more minutes to get waited on at the counter. When I finally got waited on the girl working the counter asked the kitchen about my order. It was sitting on the back counter at the kitchen, not even in a warmer. She was rude. We won't come back.

I stood at the counter for 20 mins before I was even acknowledged very poor service

So a customer of mine gave me a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich I came in with a couple minutes to spare before they quit doing breakfast the guy that took my order was not happy that I brought in more than one coupon breakfast sandwiches because they gave me for a coupons the guy who is normally a pretty nice dude was our very short with me and went to ask his manager and the manager said one per person and coupon didn't say that anyway the problem I have is since I was that person I have been waiting for a very long time if I can I'm going to take a picture of the receipt the shows I've been here for way more than the allotted time for a customer to be here for one order and there's only me and two other people in the lobby I got here at 10:50 I finally ended up walking out the door
