McDonald's

If this was a mystery shop this store failed. No greetings in the drive through, failed to verify order at the payment window, followed by failure to great as well. The service window was the same. Does McDonald's not follow the gold standard anymore or is this going to the norm now??

They try as hard as they can, I see it. Not perfect, but i go there. I'll go back. In the morning it's good and can be a little sloppy sometimes. It's fast food so lower expectations. Saw some higher ups and they seem ok. 4 star out of all the mc ds I've been to.

I ordered a large fry and it was only halfway full when I received it! This is not the first time this has happened either! Ridiculous!

The manager was very rude through the drive thru, we pulled through and asked if they had the halloween happy meals baskets just because it was late at night and we figured they might be out since it's late and they were still new and didnt want to order something that we didn't want. “Yes.” The managers tone of voice was very rude. “Alright, give us a minute we're still looking through the menu.” Again her tone of voice was rude while replying with just “Okay.” I've worked the worst fast food jobs where noone was showing for their shifts so i had to drive thru, front cash register, and cook all on my lonesome during a rush and when someone asked for a minute it was ALWAYS “Alright, take your time!” and then just had a nasty tone of voice the entire rest of the time, even as we came throug

I mobile ordered a caramel iced coffee before stepping to the counter to order food. I received my coffee after my food. None of the food was fresh except the McDouble that I had them remake because I ordered with no pickle and there was extra pickle. The fries were cold and chewy, the nuggets were cold and tasted like old burnt oil.
