The Shepherd McDonald's is one of the best I've been to, they consistently serve hot fresh food, the customer service is always great, friendly staff greet you with a smile, and seem happy to be there. The best part of all, is I went one night and their ice cream machine was working! LoL If you're looking for hot food, accurate order, and friendly service, stop by and visit them in shepherd.

Very clean restaurant. I miss being able to give my order to a person. There were about 5 employees standing around d waiting for something to do. They used to be able to take orders instead of just running for already prepped food.

Employees always pleasant, food comes out hot, and this location is always clean. We generally stop by about once a month.

They offer points toward rewards then they steal them back within 2 months

75% of the time my order is wrong or I get this... burnt to a crisp. This photo was at 9 in the morning with only one other person in the drive thru. And yet they still thought it was ok to send out burnt food. I did not have time to go back so once again I was not happy. With how often this happens I have decided it isn't worth going anymore.
