The Senatobia McDonalds shorted me a burrito and hashbrowns in the drive thru this morning. I notified the window staff immediately and they told me to pull forward and they’d send a manager. The “manager” was verbally combative and extremely rude. He told me - WHILE HOLDING MY RECEIPT - that I only paid for one burrito. But I could pay “again” if I wanted a second burrito…..that just because I ordered it didn’t mean that I paid for it. He REFUSED to give me the second burrito that I’d already paid for. I offered to show them what was in the bag. They refused to even look. He simply glanced at the receipt and said I only paid for one anyway but he would “give” me the other hashbrown. 📍#senatobiamississippi #rude

Long story short, put in an online order and had extra onions on a burger and two 10 piece nuggets along with a few other things. Get home and there’s one 10 piece in a 10 piece box and there’s a four piece box and a 6 piece box. I assumed it was the other 10 piece. Opened up the 4 piece box and my extra onions were thrown in the 4 piece box and I had 6 nuggets in the 6 piece box. Completely and utterly ridiculous. Something seriously needs to be fixed in this place.

Ordered through the app, which worked very well when I tried it in NC, not here in Mississippi. I was able to apply App coupon/discount easily. I ended up having to go inside, where there wasn't a single customer, to ask where my order was, after I waited over half an hour, AFTER giving my app order code. I ordered a 40-piece McNugget. The first 20-piece box contained 18 nuggets. The second 20-piece box had only 16-- IF you count the little meatless crumb that was in the bottom of the box. It made feel like I was getting end-of-the-day leftovers!! When I called the store back when I got home, I was challenged that "maybe I had eaten a few on the way home, and had forgotten 😨 They would not provide more, or apply any discount -- or even a coupon for future purchases!! TL;DR: Eat somewhere else. Note: as of 8/27/2022 cards are not being accepted and the kiosk is down. This means you can only pay by cash or app for now. They were fairly rude to customers as well when they asked about it. Including an employee in a somewhat threatening tone asking a rude customer "you got a problem?" And followed him outaide at the customers provocation. Overall, the staff was not friendly and the store was not clean on our visit. This is a concern on multiple levels. No soap or hand sanitizer in the men's restroom at 9:20 AM. Bathroom floor was somewhat stick despite a wet floor sign. Worst experience yet at a McDonald's. I went to order doyble quarter pounder...out. ok then quarter pounder...out ok quarter pounder with lettuce tomato...out of it too. Just give me 2 cheesburger meal and apple pie. While making my order...air we are out of apple pies. Lobby full of people waiting on orders. 2 ladies came in to pick up orders over mobile app. Daid cancel your orders we dont have quarter pounders...we are out.
