McDonald's

I am done ordering from this dump. They can never get our order right. Lack of common sense must be running short at this place. Consistently, every single order over the past 6 times has had something missing and/or something made wrong. The store employees and manager could care less. They act bothered that they have to work. So glad they are building a new one here in Saraland and hopefully they will hire new employees that want to work. Also, store stinks inside and is always filthy...

Bad attitudes. Drowned it in sauce and it was cold on top of that. Can't even eat it because wiping it off it's soggy. Terrible branch. Fire everybody and start over.

Guess we being charged for minis now. Completely sad. I will not use this McDonald's again. Always, always something missing or wrong. They suck!

Terrible staff. Bad atmosphere. Cold food. I could honestly write a book as I've had more than one poor experience here. There must not be management in place at this location and if there is they're just as terrible as the staff. You can tell the employees are held to no standard and are not held accountable for their actions. They're rude. They don't greet you or say thank you or have an ounce of customer service in their interactions with customers. It's really sad. Long waits of 30 mins and they don't even apologize. Mess up your order, don't apologize. It's almost like they treat you like you've bothered them by coming to their job and making them do job tasks. Disgusting. It is great And I got the new limited edition happy. Meal comes with a limited addition toy a big Mac fries in an extra large soda of your option. and has a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. and it’s not great if you have a diet but I don’t so I love it!
