Why when I put in a mobile order for pickup its never ready when I get there? I wait 15 minutes before going inside or thru the drive thru and yet its never ready when I get there and its still never fresh. I order food inside and it gets to me faster than my mobile order. I thought the whole point of order ahead was so I didn't have to wait or order there. People who ordered food in line after me got their food before me. Am I missing something here?

It’s not a 24hr drive thru if they ignore people that pull up to the drive thru at night

Unfortunately this McDonald's is close to my house so that's why I come here but... Service is slow, workers avoid you when you're in line. What Smiles? No "Be right with you" The girl at the register is probably one of the only ones trying. The atmosphere is bleek at best. Parking and traffic horrible
