Up here for a family road trip. Went through the drive thru. The lady was super nice, and the food came out super fast. But we ordered 2 kids meals, burgers, and chicken nuggets for everyone. Burgers and nuggets were good. But the happy meals had NO chicken nuggets in them. Big disappointment. We should have checked before driving off, but we were assuming they were all there since everything else went well. Very sad as the kids were really excited for their happy meals. Great customer service, but a bit more QC is needed next time :(

The service was friendly and fast. And the order was correct... But all my burgers were smashed. They looked like a toddler slapped them together. Otherwise the overall quality was ok.

We went through the drive through for a quick bite before jumping on the highway on our way home. Their new promotion is the Classic Gold Series. I love chicken and usually order chicken when we go out to eat so I ordered the 4 piece tender with gold sauce. They were dark, greasy and over cooked and so tiny! The Gold sauce tastes like mustard and ketchup or bbq mixed. I was was kind of shocked. We don't usually eat fast food for this reason but we were tired and just wanted to go home. My husband's spicy McChicken was just as bad. Overcooked and small. Lesson learned. The person in the drive thru was very kind and professional. Best part of the experience.

We have always received pretty great service here. They always cater to our requests and the food is usually as expected. The only issue is the multiple banners that hang in the lobby. If you do not offer free fries on Friday anymore, then take down the signs. That's called false advertising. The bathroom is always clean but freezing.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. It was disgusting and there was dirty trash piled up on the tables, the floor, and the trash can. We waited for 30 minutes for two combo meals.
