Probably the best McDonald's I've been to in a long time. The kid cashing me out was polite and respectful!

Came to the drive-through the line was packed so I thought get fresh food. It Was 11:30 PM so I know they were closing soon. One person is the speaker when I pulled in waited about 1015 minutes and they pulled ahead. I waited I heard somebody say something about be right with you. I said OK was in line about 20 more minutes. There were people standing in line behind me in the drive-through to which a manager came out and told them they can’t serve them Without a car. They left waited about another 20 minutes. The car behind me pulled up and in front of me so I just pulled ahead. Got up to the window right before they closed the gentleman at the window didn’t say sorry I didn’t say anything just took my order to which I got my food everything was cold and old, but they had closed the drive-

Just awful and employees are horrible. Order my food online. Girl at the window said okay pull to the window, pull up and wait a half hour for the car in front of me and the worker to talk and laugh. Finally get to the window to get my order and she says we dont have that order. I had confirmation for my order and they took the money, but nope that wasn't good enough. She was very rude and said I dont know what to tell you I cant do anything about it. She asked if I was at the right one so I gave her the address, she didn't know it and had to look it up. Told me she dont have the order and "call the app"... HOW? Any McDonald's I have ever been to apologizes and with confirmation will get you your order... Not this one. Just absolutely horrible service and horrible staff.

Order food and was messing part of my order Ordered 10 piece nugget meal and I ordered a happy meal and Chicken sandwich meal as you can see on the receipt there’s a 10 piece nugget on there. I didn’t receive the 10 piece nugget at your salamanca ny location around 9:40pm date April 13, 2025

Have been holding off on doing a review, as a few of the employees try very hard to do their job correctly, but the incompetence of getting your correct order is very frustrating. Ordered a Spicy chicken deluxe and received a spicy chicken with nothing but sauce and chicken with the bun. The line was long, which the team managed through very well, but after being directed to park in a reserved spot for my order, would expect it to be accurate. This location really needs a few more good employees to support those who are trying to do their job well. This is probably the 4th time in 3 months incorrect food was received.
