I’m new to the area, and this was my first experience at Roxboro McDonald’s. My delivery order arrived with the burger clearly tampered with and missing bites out of the patty and bun. I stated that I was uncomfortable eating any part of the order since it had clearly been tampered with. I requested a full refund but it was denied. Extremely disappointed.

My sister ordered from this McDonald’s for the first time, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Her food arrived half‑eaten, her apples were missing, and the order looked like it had been handled with no care at all. This was supposed to be her first time eating at this McDonald’s, and instead it left a really bad impression. We expect basic quality and respect for customers, and this location did not deliver that.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent order placed for my daughter. She was genuinely excited to receive her first Happy Meal from your establishment; however, the experience was unacceptable. The order arrived with the apple slices missing and the sandwich appearing to have been tampered with, as portions of the bun and patty looked as though bites were missing. While the delivery bag was sealed upon arrival, the condition of the food itself raised significant concerns. Equally concerning was the resolution offered. A $2 credit in response to a compromised meal does not reflect an appropriate level of accountability or customer care. This experience not only fell short of basic quality standards but also undermined trust. I hope you will review this matt

It's really annoying to go through the drive thru, then end up having to go in because they didn't put something in the bag. The fries were stale and cold.. and didn't fill half of the container with them. The, now over $3 mcdoubles, were cold and barely made it on the buns. The chicken nuggets seemed to be heated in bulk, so they could harden in a heat drawer until I order and pay for them. I always avoid fast food.. and when I give in and go, I'm always reminded of why I usually don't.

The food here is always reliable. When in a pinch. Is it something that’s amazing? No. Is the price cheap? It’s kind of pricey for fast food. However they offer deals on the app. The atmosphere has changed since the renovations. It’s a hassle to get refills. But it’s nice overall.
