McDonald's

Today was fantastic! I used the mobile app to score a great deal on a breakfast sandwich, and the service was exceptionally fast. The drive-thru experience was seamless, and the sandwich was hot, fresh, and perfectly consistent with the McDonald’s brand. Kudos to the operators working at this well-run establishment!

The people there are nice. I got a egg cheese McGriddle meal with hash browns grape and strawberry jam and orange juice. So Yummy

I came to this location this morning and ordered oatmeal and my oatmeal was water down and look like it was not cooked. I took it back into the place and ask them is this how the oatmeal supposed to come out and the worker kept saying yes. Obviously they do not know how to make oatmeal and it was not cook all the way. That was money wasted. I have been to other McDonald’s where the texture came out good and look cooked all the way and it was delicious.

Well I figured that ordering with the app would help the restaurant out and it did for them but not for me. I could have gone through the drive thru 10 times by the time they came to the curb side to give me my food. I order ahead and went there to help out but they took advantage and worked on the drive thru lane ignoring the one person in the curb side. I called and they sent me to voice mail. Not cool!

I know it’s only McDonald’s and don’t expect much. But this is up there as some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The soda machine was broken, I waited ages for my food , then when it finally was given to me the worker didn’t say a word, but gave a facial expression as if I was the biggest inconvenience of her day, and then the fries were missing from my order (of literally just a cheeseburger and fries… so two items). When I went back around to ask for my fries, the same worker looked at me and spoke to me like I was stupid, asking “what fries” and then practically throwing them at me when I was eventually given them.
