McDonald's

I figured this would be okay because it is right next to the I-40 interstate. I was wrong. Got breakfast of an Egg McMuffin the muffin itself was taken straight out of a bag and not toasted or anything. The coffee had a soapy / chemical taste. Had to throw them away they were gross. The OJ was fine. Skip this one and go to a different mcD.

I am not coming back here. As a truck driver who's been on the road all day without eating, I arrived around 1 am and noticed cars using the drive-thru. Since the gas station was closed, I headed to the McDonald's lobby, which indicated it was open 24 hours. However, when I tried to order from the kiosk, an older lady told me to leave and order outside in the cold at temperatures at 23 F. She claimed there was a sign prohibiting entry, but I didn’t see one. The posted hours stated 24 hours. Frustrated, I left without ordering and returned to my truck. I won't return again. Her behavior was unprofessional, and based on other reviews, I'm not alone in my experience. This place isn't suitable for truck drivers, despite having truck parking. How can it be 24 hours but not have the lobby open?

Normally not one to complain but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had with fast food. Not only did they take forever for a single burger they messed it up. I was one of 4-5 people in there with messed up orders. Definitely not making that “quick” stop again.

Ordered ahead on the app and got there to the parking spot. They were busy at the moment but I watched the drive thru, other curbside and inside all clear out and fill up and clear again. I had to call someone over while sitting there well over 20 minutes. They have told me before that my order was thrown away cause I took too long to get there. It was 5 minutes. Wont be returning.

Poor management this place sucks. Just spent my last 40 bucks on the app and when they didn’t have what was requested they told me to cancel my order. I canceled my order despite telling them it was my last bit of money and that my family wouldn’t be able to eat tonight. They did not care. Multi million dollar company couldn’t just replace my nuggets with a burger instead because of the cost difference. GREED.
