genuinely the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. it used to be great when the ruckers and larry owned it but it’s actually pathetic having employees not listen to you and get your order wrong after repeating yourself 6 times. hopefully the new owners get bought out. i wanted ketchup pickle mayo only. not ketchup mayo onion and a fly.

Paid $40 for the food. Did not have the pickle seasoning in neither one of the grinch meals. And our chicken nuggets were very old . They had a very bad taste. When I tried to call back serval times , no answer. I am very disappointed considering we came there for the grinch meal.

This place is trash now!! Bring back Amanda Rucker!!! Went in there tonight and my quarter pounder was ice cold and even had to wait for the food to be ready, fries barely luke warm. Time before that they didn’t put any condiments on my burger. Idk who bought this place but y'all need to do better or just shut down now!!! This is by far the worst McDonalds I have been too. It used to be so good when Amanda owned it! Keep going like this and yall ain’t gonna last!! PATHETIC!!

I fully understand that breakfast ends at 10:30 a.m. which is exactly why I placed my mobile order before that time and arrived before that time. My order was placed at 10:25 a.m., and I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:28 a.m. The car ahead of me was finishing their order, so by the time I reached the speaker, it was 10:30 on the dot. When I gave the gentleman my mobile app code, he informed me, without hesitation, that my breakfast order would not be made because breakfast had “just ended.” That response is unacceptable. The order was confirmed, the payment processed, and the ingredients were clearly still available. It’s not that breakfast ended, it’s that the service ended early. If the policy is to stop serving at 10:30, then service should continue through 10:30, not stop before it

Food is cold many times. After 11 pm it's sat for a long time and is not eatable The coffee isn't filled up in your cup . It's 80% filled up. They round up now. 1.99 coffee equals 2.00 because you don't get your penny. . I'm done going there. Bad food and they keep your change. No thanks. Hope you improve, but I'll never know because I'm done going there.
