Person taking my order at the drive through was insanely rude. I asked if I could use my delivery driver frequency card to redeem the big arch, and he told me no because its a large sandwich. I told him the card is to redeem a large sandwich and the card states the only exception is a double quarter pounder and he said no it doesn't. When I said, I'm reading the card right now, thats what it says, he replied, I think I would know, and told me to order something else or get out of the drive through. Unbelievably horrendous service. I understand I came in a little late, but the store is still open, it's still his job to serve me, and that's absolutely no way to treat a customer. I will not be coming back to this store after this!!!

Crazy disrespectful staff who can't be bothered to properly do the job they're paid to do. Orders constantly wrong and missing items, then if you go back and try to get it corrected they act like you're the one lying despite you having the receipt and being able to prove that you didn't get the items that you ordered.

As expected, clean, quiet, friendly service and hot fast food

The only real issue was the wait time. Even with a low number of customers, the line moved slowly and the food took longer than it should have. It was not a terrible experience, but it was slower than you would expect for a place that was not busy.

This location has been updated to the same modern seating and decor that most seem to be styled in but somehow manages to keep some of the traditional touches that have a homestyle appeal and welcoming.
