They have great customer service, first time here and I loved their professionalism and the black lady is so nice and kind.
The machine makes the drinks, but the employee handles the cups and lids. He put his finger inside the cup, and on both sides of the lid to handle them. I guess sanitation standards aren't a thing anymore.
their headsets are really bad you have to yell in order for them to hear your order in the drive thru
Just passed by a couple mins ago, all I wanted was a drink since my stomach was hurting , a guy said he couldnt take my order dont even know why , I thought it was normal but he was taking someone elses order unprofessional & a liar if you cant take my order why take someone elses , I even said I just want a drink he said no not right now. Rude Liar Unprofessional.
Found this in my burger and I’ve tried calling the location , the number doesn’t even work . Also contact corporate and now just waiting for a response . Just Horrible! This is a choking hazard !
