McDonald's

Hello, I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for many years and the entire staff has always been quick, friendly, and professional. This is a very well-run store. However, I want to highlight one employee in particular — Oscar. I see him often, and he truly stands out. Not only is he efficient and attentive, but he takes the time to greet customers like friends. He remembers people, makes conversation, and creates a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. If he is not already in a management role, I believe he would make an excellent store manager. He represents the best of what customer service should be.

How hard is it to read & put together an order? Really. Not only did I order a plain McDouble (every other location gives me cheese & two patties), they took OUT the cheese & replaced it with onions. Who’s the genius on the line putting these orders together?? Come on, we got to get it together. My receipt even says “McDouble, only cheese” — cheese no where to be found.

Every thing a McDonalds should be. Fast service.Courtesious.Meticulously clean.Who doesn’t like a Big Mac with incomparable fries not to mention the delicious underrated coffee.

I didn't have enough money to purchase my entire order. The cashier helped me out. Very grateful for her.
