McDonald's

My wife went into this McDonald’s to get a cappuccino with extra cream at 3:33pm 01/3/2026. When she got her order it was not a cappuccino,no cream, wasn’t even a black coffee, and looked watered down! I went back in to confront them and the manager rudely told me that this is cappuccino, even though I could already tell by the taste and look of it wasn’t. So she continued arguing with me and said that if I want another coffee I need to pay for it!! This is not professional! They don’t speak English. Later that evening when I tried to call them to explain, the same manager rudely hung up when she found out it was my wife who was calling. She knew what happened but didn’t want to address it. If you want good McDonald, this is NOT the place to go to. I hope that someone will see to this matt

I ordered a cappuccino with extra cream at 3:33 pm on 1/3/2026. When I got my cappuccino it wasn't even a cappuccino ! It was a black coffee without any cream at all. I went back in to complain and instead of giving me good customer service she started arguing with me. I told her to make another cappuccino and she argued that this is what is coming out of the machine. She offered to make me a new one and that she will charge me for it. She was utterly rude to me. All I wanted was a cappuccino and she was just being rude to me.

I ordered no onions, I open the burger and theres onions. Turns out this wasnt even my order. They gave me 1426 when my order was 1424. So someone got my no onions and I got their no ketchup.

The food is great but the lady in the drive through had horrible customer service and was very rude when I asked to grab a cup of water. 😐

The night shift specifically is the worst ever and has been for awhile now... They cant seem to ever get my order correct and when I try to talk to someone they usually can't understand me or what I am needing. Then on top of all that, they think it's okay to give back a bad attitude in return ...
