McDonald's

We come here maybe once a month or every other month and there’s always something wrong. Today, they forgot the two hash browns in our meal and my husband didn’t realize until he got home. You have to call the restaurant, there’s no where online to request a refund. So I call, and they “don’t do refunds”. We have to go back and get the stupid hash browns. I get McDonald’s out of convenience, if they make a mistake I shouldn’t have to go back and hash it out with an employee to get the food I already paid for.

An updated location. Feels a bit stark and prices are still really high. Should be noted that the staff member who took our order tonight was really nice and seemed to really care. She made the experience much better.

First time for everything including a filet of fish withstanding 220lbs of force. Could probably run it over and keep it's general shape. Have had less trouble snapping oak boards. Was better in the past not anymore, major bummer. Last picture was after punching it for a little while.

They forgot my sauces for 40 nuggets, pies and straws. On top of that 2 items were wrong we received a bacon quarter pounder without bacon and tomato on a sandwich and asked for without. Something like this happens every time at this location

I had a good experience at the Macdonald restaurant in Spring Grove, IL. The food was freshly made and hot.. The staff were professional and friendly, ensuring great service. The location has been updated with the latest styles, creating a modern and inviting atmosphere. There’s plenty of parking, so it’s never an issue, and the space is ample. On first impression, the place looked very clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a quick, satisfying meal!
