genuinely so impressed i have not enjoyed mcdonald’s this much in such a long time all the food was super fresh, the manager (i’m assuming he was wearing a red button up) was super friendly and polite the fries were perfectly salted my mcchicken had just enough sauce just overall amazing food
Having an older person who seems hard of hearing is not a good idea for working the drive thru service. They seemed to get frustrated and rude after not catching the order after 3-4 times. Doesn’t come off as friendly and it’s frustrating on my end as well.
The milk tastes and smells like chemicals, didnt give me the right order, completely rude and unhelpful when i asked for my correct order, and overall condescending and sarcastic. Get better staff or yall going out of business.
I guess they got faster, but my mcgriddle was in the bag like someone had it open to eat. Now that I'm seeing other reviews I'm going to check it closer. One Pic is in the bag, other is how it looked when I pulled it out.
I live in Charlotte where every fast food person hates their job, so it’s refreshing to come to one where the workers are actually kind.
