McDonald's

Honestly wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. I waited almost an hour for my food only to get barely warm food and jacked up cookies that looked like they were just thrown into the tote right from the oven (the tote itself looked to be in rough shape and when I went to put the cookies into a different container they essentially were broken or falling apart) I understand things can get busy and hectic but, if I'm going to be stuck waiting that long the food should at least be decent. It's been so inconsistent here so it'll be my last time coming here.

I came here tonight around 6PM (1/21/26) and ordered a regular double quarter pounder meal. I paid and was told to pull forward to wait. I didn’t pull off until 6:32 or so but I never received my food (I did receive my drink) but I had somewhere to be. Had I been notified before ordering that there would be an extensive wait I wouldn’t have ordered at all. I don’t even have my receipt because while I was originally at the window, they tried to hand my someone’s chicken sandwich order and when I told them it wasn’t mine, I handed them my receipt to verify what I had and I did not get it back. I do not live in raeford. I do not frequent Raeford. I tried to call to arrange for me to come back to get a refund after I’m done with where I need to be but the number for this location online doesn’

Ordered food off of DoorDash today (Reported already to DoorDash) & my son burger was made incorrectly and had hair in it. All other food was correct.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s before and the experience isn’t consistent. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not so good. My last visit is below. Visited: October 10, 2025 I stopped by this McDonald’s at 111 Laurinburg Rd, Raeford, NC, and the dining area was full. When I walked up to the counter, it took a moment for someone to get to the front, but when they did, the staff member was friendly and personable. What caught me off guard, though, was being told they weren’t accepting any debit or credit card payments—cash only. In 2025, that’s not just inconvenient, it’s baffling. I didn’t have any cash on me, so I had left and went to a different McDonald’s. Lo and behold the one I went to didn’t have any soda. Only water and sweet tea. Had to pull forward into a drive thru parking spot once again...hate that practice/policy. I miss the days of getting your order at the window. Anyway, ended up having to go inside to get the order after waiting at least 10 minutes...fast food isn't fast enough.
