McDonald's

I really like this McDonald’s overall. All the employees are friendly and provide fast service every time. However, since they added the play place, the kids’ area has not been well maintained. The tables are consistently dirty, and on my most recent visit there was a section of four tables by the window infested with flying termites, including the tables, benches, and floor. I understand that some issues are out of their control, but that area should have been taped off until it was handled. I placed my belongings down to order and came back to termites on my diaper bag. I brought it up to an employee, but nothing was done. Everything about this location is great except the cleanliness of the kids’ area.

Started off with having to tell the girl at the drive through my mobile code 3 times and she was “confused” and mixing up 4 numbers… then tried to order a medium vanilla latte WITH caramel drizzle and substitute the whole milk for cream and you would’ve thought I asked her a rocket science question. So after watching her try to figure that out on the screen for a minute or 2 I told her don’t even worry about it I’ll drink it with the milk. After paying and getting to 2nd window I'm being asked “so you just want a shot of espresso and no milk” so i explain the milk is fine just make it how it comes with the caramel drizzle. To which she says “caramel drizzle is an extra charge” and I said “I know, I will pay for it” that’s why I asked to add it at the speaker… I ended up leaving with a smal

Do not order from this McDonald’s Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable and when you call the store and try to speak to the manager, they hang up on you. It is ridiculous that it is such a small town. The only restaurant open to get anything to eat is a Whataburger and then they changed their hours to close by 10 o’clock in the evening due to weather. It’s truly sad when people can’t even get a bite to eat even though you paid online and now have to wait 1 to 7 business days to get a refund I definitely will not be using this restaurant anymore

we came in and got two frappes and a thing of french fries we got to the window they handed us one frappe and fries and asked us to pull up even though the guy was almost done with the second frappe. we pull up and are waiting and 3 cars pull out from the window behind us and nothing. husband goes in and the second frappe is just sitting g there melting. it’s kinda goofy they gonna have us pull up and wait just for the guy to be almost done with it to begin with. this happens frequently. no one wants a watered down frappe.

Decided to try McDonald's again because my daughter loves it. So on the way home we sit in the drive through in a long line. This was at 1015pm mind you. Get to the intercom and the kid answering tells us they are not taking orders because they have nothing. When we ask why they didn't send someone out to inform the line of cars he said he didn't knw and kept saying they have nothing and also why were the cars in front of us still in line if they were not able to order the person just laughed again and said he didn't know because they have nothing....
