McDonald's

We got a few items and I was surprised with how many items tasted bad. The chicken nuggets were completely off, had to spit it out and didn’t finish the meal. Fries and filet o fish were completely stale. Disappointed to see how many items were off.

I love the McDonald’s on Southern Artery in Quincy. The staff there are amazing, and they deserve huge praise for what they handle every day. This location is right across the street from a homeless shelter. That means they deal with all kinds of tough customers—people who suffer from mental disorders, yell, bother others, show up drunk or high, or even start fights. It can get really crazy in there. But the employees? They’re like saints. They stay calm, kind, and professional no matter what. I’ve never seen one of them be rude, snap at anyone, or even look upset—even when they have every right to be. And the food? Always hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. Every single time. Even when the place is loud and chaotic, my order comes out perfect. To the whole team: You do an awesome job.

It was not bad yesterday. Orders were quick. The foods were served to tables. But today had to wait for like half an hour to get served to the table but no they did not even serve to the table. They called by the order number. Not even the the table number. The atmosphere, service are not good at all. Kind of dirty too. Please avoid if you can.

Went to this location after 10 + years They supposed to give me a fillet fish meal but gave me chicken nuggets. I went back in as I did do drive thru, the workers told me to throw the chicken nuggets In the trash, I told them to throw them as they gave me the wrong order. Then the mangers started giving me attitude and the started swearing at me. Great customer service NOT. No wonder McDonalds sales are going down if they treat customers like this.

The worst service I've ever seen. If you stop by for a quick bite, you'll wait 35 minutes for your order, they won't give you everything, and they'll take another 15 minutes to finish it. If you're willing to spend an hour waiting for food at a fast food place, this is the place for you.
