Absolutely ridiculous experience at the McDonald’s on Stadium Way in Pullman, WA. I was picking up a DoorDash order that was already late. The lobby was locked, and an employee told me to go through the drive-thru. By the time I got there ten minutes had passed bye. She then tells me I can’t get the order through the drive-thru — even though I could literally see the bag sitting inside from my car. Instead of just handing me the order like a normal, competent restaurant would, she tells me to drive around to some random side door in the back of the building like I’m on a scavenger hunt. Meanwhile, the main lobby doors are locked and no one seems to know their own rules. Zero organization. Zero common sense. Zero respect for delivery drivers who are just trying to do their job. The Pullman McDonald's have gone way down hill. The staff used to be clean looking and super efficient. Now they all wear gross pajamas and sweatshirts. It takes forever to get someone to even take your order through the drive thru. I go there for fast friendly service. It's a joke now!

This McDonald’s location is pretty bad.The burger meat taste weird. The nuggets are just as bad as Jack-in-the-Box. But the fries are good as always, probably the only good thing on the menu I don’t recommend eating at this place unless you like the fries, but of course they won’t shut this location it down Because they’re most likely not the close.

So far I have enjoyed the service and experience coming to this McDonald's location. Mostly due to the late night drive-thru hours they often have. Especially on the weekends. Since I work practically a evening job.

The service here is not good at all. Some of the employees are very rude and give attitude, sorry if you hate your job but you chose to work there. Also multiple times they have forgotten things within my order and when I go back, I get the same poor attitude. Also McDonalds in general has raised their price so much it's not even worth it anymore.
