McDonald's

Foods cold, thier time management is poor. Foods never ready when they say it's going to be. They only care about the drive through. They make you wait 15-20 even if they're not busy. They need to start hiring people who can do the job currently instead of kids who just gossip/flirt they're whole shift. Plus they need to be trained about the ready button. Like they shouldn't press it unless the food really is ready.

Hopefully Mark Parrish can train these employees better. I mean... it is a McDonald's so we shouldn't have super high standards, but if you ask for something to not be on a burger; I would expect it, to not be on the burger when eating.. Ordered 4 kids cheeseburgers with ketchup only, and not only did they repeat the order to us, but the burgers still had pickles AND mustard on them in the end. Oh! If you love an entire cup of salt on fries, you'll love these fries.😬

Me and my friends order food and it took forever. All the employees were looking at us and talking about us. They had all the doordashing that came in after we order all ready but didn't have our food.

I was going to dine in for breakfast, sit down and enjoy a Big Breakfast & Coffee. It eas the morning of the 30th and upon arrival learned the lobby was closed because it was ice out day! Never go there again. You list a lot of business.

In my top 5 of worst McDonald's visits, and that's really saying something. We were traveling through and stopped so the kids could play and stretch their legs. The Play Place had been shut down two hours early. There was no heat in the building and it was 25 degrees outside. Doubt it was over 55 degrees in the building. The CO2 machine was broken, so no carbonated drinks. The men's room had a sewer leak and the stench was unbearable. The tables were dirty and food was subpar. Don't bother stopping at this location.
