McDonald's

I'm a handicap senior citizen. Because of my hand deformity, I have trouble ordering on the app and kiosk. The staff and management refused to assist me while ordering a sandwich. In addition they tried to overcharge me for the sandwich. The manager told the staff member to charge me more than the advertised price in the app. When I noticed that I was overcharged, the manager tried to push me aside. I even have the transaction receipt to prove tha I was overcharged. I wish there was a lawyer that can teach this McDonald's to treat a handicap person some respect. Also a 68 year old senior citizen should not be dismissed when having trouble ordering with mcdonalds cumbersome technology. Shame on mcdonalds!

I’ve come here a few times late at night on my way home from work, and the staff here have always been so exceptional. They’re communicative, super polite, and simply so good to interact with. Had a late night in the ER tonight, and the manager and crew members made me feel so seen, safe, and well taken care of. A perfect wholesome end to such a weird night. This is for sure my favorite McD’s within the area. See you guys again soon!

The fries are ALWAYS undercooked. Orders are almost always wrong. 99% of the time we have to park and wait for our food. Today we decided to give it another chance since we were right by it. Our cheeseburgers had no onions or mustard and a quarter size dab of ketchup. This place sucks and has for years. Avoid this McDonald's.

Drive through people are rude. We had points for free food and they made us feel like we didn’t we know what we were doing. Blame McDonald’s Corporate if you don’t know how to deal with promotions. Don’t make customers feel uncomfortable.

Placed a mobile order late at night and nobody else was there when I arrived. They had me waiting for 17 minutes for a couple of sandwiches and ignored me when I asked for barbecue sauce. Woman with the glasses was extremely rude and I'm never coming back to this location.
