Location is always clean, fresh food and Happy smiling staff. Order accuracy is awesome at this location. But Location does get busy ... however they move people quick through drive thru

I ordered for sausage egg and cheese bagel today. I was craving for this sandwich for few days now and then now I ended up getting a burnt 🥵 bagel. I only get to check it at home. Why they still serve this?

Took 20 min to get my mobile order. No response at the drive through, so we went inside and stood there completely ignored for 15 min.

Place is a joke. They do not fulfill orders properly. Sandwich was just thrown in the cardboard. Contents all over the inside of the container. Absolutely zero care in regards to presentation. I have to pick the sandwich apart and rebuild it completely. I gave up fastfood as a teen here I am at 33 years old doing someone else's job. I understand some would say I'm being petty but at this point I'm doing your job for you. Was really looking forward to this sandwich after working 12 hours today and not eating lunch . But Kind of lost my appetite after opening my big Mac. Major bummer. If I could give 0 stars I would.
