Guys I got a Large Mocha Frappé and it was so good. So good that it left me in the bathroom for 5 hours. I've never pooped so much in my life. Thank you for clearing my stomach. Again really good mocha frappés. I deeply recommend, especially if you're looking for a beautiful bathroom experience. However, my butt hurt extremely bad afterwards. 😿

so the food is good and all but when doing a mobile order it always takes 30-45 minutes no matter if we do it here or before we get here. have to walk in a get it most of the time bc nobody brings it out like supposed to. everyone sitting and talking most of the time, never coming to the counter with multiple people waiting. overall a bad experience.

pulled into the drive-through at 8 PM on a 3 hour and i’m STARVED and honestly couldn't be bothered to get out of my car. no one ever came to serve me. The drive-through has an automated voice that pops up with every driver that drives up that makes it sound as if a human is at the drive-through to take your order just for you to sit there for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how dedicated you are. Drove to the second window saw people inside look at me sit there for a whole 5 minutes and go back to doing nothing. honestly, it’s my fault for even going to buy this food in the first place.

Why 1 star? I've so had it with this place. Rude is not strong enough. They stand at drive thru chatting n laughing it up with whomever. Have waited 28 minutes. Was laughed at when asked why. The female that dyes her hair very light n shift manager. Tonight my Son experienced the same treatment. Not sure if the same people. I'm not the only one. Lived here 20+ years and its actually gotten worse.

they pulled me for 2 caramel frappe and cookies and then after we paid and gave us the cookies he gone say the machine down but the manager was super nice i think that was the manger she had all red on and fixed the machine and gave us large drinks
