It's not that hat hard to wear a smile and communicate with customers. But clearly Kirsten didn't get the memo. I've seen this person walk away from completing a task three times, she just pawns it off on someone else. If you aren't happy with working at McDonald's after ten years. Maybe you should find something else instead of letting it effect customers experience.

They gave me the wrong drinks, i got home and discover this, asked for a refund and they wanted me to drive back to the store for there mistake. All I wanted was a refund for the product I did not receive and this was too much for this location.

They were quick and efficient for getting us our mobile order. Got a hashbrown, McGriddle with Sausage, egg, and cheese. My wife got a biscuit with sausage. Both were delicious.

Matthew was working the window last night, and when they didn’t have the pies I ordered on the app, the whole staff around him jumped in on how to make it right. They were awesome! Matthew’s personality is a top tier fit for customer service!
