I brought my kiddos there today for a quick lunch and some playtime between appointments. Unfortunately, the playplace was closed for maintenance. Isabelle was super friendly and came by and brought stickers and chatted with the kids. My 3 year old adored her and both him and my 12 year old kept saying how nice she was. I wasn't sure how the 3 year old would tolerate not being able to go on the slides, but Isabelle made it enjoyable.

So the wifey and I came to this location, after a long day of both of us working. We ordered from curbside and a red haired manager looking person delivered our food. We have been to this location a few times and have had interactions with them before, usually she's just quiet with RBF, and I don't mind. Tonight they delivered our food and forgot our fries, ok, not a big deal mistakes are made frequently, and we often are missing things like fries, or cheese on our sandwiches, but we usually don't care and shrug it off. So not knowing if the doors were unlocked or not we called the store, and very politely explained the situation and asked if the door was unlocked. Normally ill give fast food places a 3 star, mostly because they are consistent but the food has always been the same, nothing fantastic bit nothing that bad. I have this 4 stats because the manager type lady, she knew her regulars, was warm with greeting anyone she met. Im sorry I had forgotten her name but service like that, especially in a place where youre encouraged to order from a screen rather than human interaction, was refreshing. Knowing she's working will bring me again again. Friendly and a warm smile, thats what makes this place stand out from others.

Been here a few times, they're pretty consistent. I always request a special item and they have done a great job at meeting my request. The food is always cooked properly, apple pies are fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful.
