McDonald's

We just came for 2 black coffees. A little taken aback by the way you're expected to interact - either pre-ordering and picking up (avoiding cashier interaction), using one of the large touch screen menu boards (also avoiding cashier interaction) or speaking to a cashier. Looked more like an old "consumers distributing" store than a mcdonalds. Am I dating myself?

Just like other fast food places sometimes it ok with fair customer service and sometimes it does not exist. It seems like sometimes you find a young employee that cares but the sad fact is most do not. If a employee is not busy he or she should start to clean and great the customers and not stand around talking on their phones and paying no attention to the customers who pay their wages. In most fast food places the employees never wear gloves or hair nets that is very disgusting. It seems like people do not take pride in their work anymore and they do not even care. Remember that customer service is a huge part of your job and is many times the most important part plus cleaness is also a must.

This place is disgusting. I wish this was just a once off. But every time I come it's covered in filth. The bathrooms were not usable as they were covered in feces on the toilet seats, feces on the floor, and not a single person cared to clean up anything. It smelled horrific inside. I watched workers picking their noses and mouths and then touching food. Not a single person care to wipe a table, the floors were all soaking wet with soda or ice and garbage. I couldn't bring myself to eat the food I ordered because I felt ill just seeing how everything is cared for inside. This needs a state inspection at this point. Its not sanitary at all. When they first opened up the rebuilt franchise location here, it was nice quality and great service. Their price hike hurt our wallet, no doubt about it. At the time, we were so impressed with the service that we almost didn't mind paying more. The food came out hot, fresh and was great quality for fast food. Then.. Over the months, every single aspect went downhill, I mean that. Their service is hardly friendly in store, you get to listen to staff complain to both each other and other customers about how short staffed and frustrated they are. The garbages pile up to mountains even when the store isn't busy. Our food orders come to us wrong at least half of the time and about half the time, you're treated like an inconvenience if you bring it up. They close the lobby early on a frequent b

Went in for the Grinch adult meal . For the amount the staff gets paid and for $15 you think they would get my order right.. They couldnt even put the grinch socks in my meal. Thats why i went there in the first place...Overpriced for lousy food and service
