The young black lady in the picture deserves a raise and giving her the 5 stars.they need more people and better cleaners aswell.

Worst experienced at a McDonalds in my life. I needed 1 chicken snack wrap meal. Observed a family of 4 wait a half hour for a meal. 4 kids under 10. Dad waited patiently with nobody looking at him or attending to him. Everybody behind the counter was wearing head phones/ ear phones, etc. It’s sad what fast food is amounting too. And this is no exception. *** update they got my order wrong. I ordered hot honey wrap and got ranch wrap

Do not order pickup on the app unless you enjoy waiting 30+ minutes for your mcdonalds (2pm no drive thru line). If an employee fills your coke there is approximately a 20% chance they will give you Diet Coke. One time I even tested the coke in the drive thru, sent it back because it was diet, then got served ANOTHER Diet Coke.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Mcdonald's and that is saying a lot. It took 10 minutes for the employees to acknowledge the 2 vehicles ahead of me in line. It took me repeating the order 2 times to get it taken. They are acting like it's culver's where the food is made fresh after you order but it was all cold. I cant even say any of it was even luke warm. While waiting at the pickup window for 5 minutes for my food I see 3 employees just standing around with headphones on doing absolutely nothing. I will willingly drive extra distance to avoid this McDonald's. I really hope the owner

The current customer service was so bad it makes the good food taste not matter, at a certain point to have only mostly kids working here in the afternoon sucks tremendously, they have no care whatsoever whoever the manager is here please don’t leave those two boys here alone anymore I don’t care what they’re telling you 01/10/2025
