McDonald's

This place is trash and all the employees in here r so unprofessional worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced in my life. Will not be going back after my experience with them. The kid couldn’t even count my change an give me my correct amount of $ back then they also messed up my order just to get home and find a hair in my sausage biscuit that was supposed to be a bacon biscuit. And my hashbrowns were so mushy like they’d just been sitting out to long. I’ll never make the mistake of eating here again. And I hope to help others with this review so the same thing don’t happen to them

The food is delicious but ordering inside becomes ridiculous. If you don't use the kiosk you will have to wait forever for anyone to come to the counter. Then they fake their order times and print the order tickets and stick them on the screen. Drive thru seems to be the priority. Even if you order icecream, pies or cookies, you'll be waiting about 5 minutes to receive it

This speaks for the service…. Every single time something is wrong, missing and or just bad

Today my sister and I stopped by here to get breakfast We took it back to the Laundromat to eat. We found out that they had left out an item from our order so, called and a gentleman by the name James of course told us to come back by to pick it up. We went back and James came to the window with our item. He then offered us something from the lunch menu because breakfast was over. My sister asked for a Big Mac, I was ok. When it was brought out, the order also contained cookies that were included for our inconvenience. I don't know about you but, I feel that the meaning of customer service left every field many, many years ago. I applaud and thank James very much for surprising us with a courtesy that was lost a long time ago. Thank you very much James ☺️

I like the location and the service was great . The taste tho was a little off to my taste buds. The fries was hot and the drink nice and cold.
