Placed an uber order got my food and I Will never understand how people can mess up so bad when the order is literally on a screen right in front of you. I got two large fries and they weren’t even filled up halfway. The fries weren’t cooked fully. I got two big Macs that was supposed to be only lettuce and pickles didn’t get either of them correct. Do better

We went through the drive-thru, and the experience was satisfactory overall. The service moved at a comfortable pace—not especially fast, but never slow enough to be inconvenient. The staff were polite and accurate with the order, and the food was warm and fresh. Everything was handled smoothly, and it made for a pleasant, easy stop for a quick meal.

$59.00 is what I paid via the McDonald's app. The McDonald's i went to is on 7277 Saltsburg road, Penn Hills PA. I pulled into the crub side spot, text my number 2 slot back in the app as instructed And per app. My food was being prepared. 20 mins later, I decided to go into store, doors were locked. I decided to try the drive thur, because customers were still getting served. Again I wait in a long line, i get to the intercom and I am told to drive around. I wait in line again. I finally get to pick up window and tell them I have waiting for my food via the moble app. What is going on... Immediately the person at window says Don't you yell at me?? She is up in a drive thur window, i am down in a vehicle, its loud so i have to talk louder. Also I was stern. I say, I am not yelling at y

This place is filthy. Bathrooms are gross. Toilets with feces. The tables are all dirty with litter all over the floor. Literaly refuse to eat food prepared in this stye. Seriously the last time I will ever go in there 🤮🤮🤮

Got a simple double cheeseburger and this is what they gave me. A completely doused in salt and pepper patty that I couldn't eat. Tried calling the store and no answer. I literally worked a 13hr shift today and had just enough cash to get this meal and got screwed. I'm beyond disappointed with this location.
