McDonald's

Staff is rude every time I've been here. It's convenient because I park my truck next door but most of the time the lobby is closed in the mornings. If the lobby is closed they will not take your order in the drive through if you aren't in a car and if you order online they won't hand it to you through the window and will not refund you. How am I supposed to fit an 18 wheeler through the drive through?

Ummmmmmmm.. I know McDonald's is the Wal Mart of Food, but this place is bad!!! Will start with the good. Food came out hot, which is always nice. Hey, that's good, and the place was clean. The order was right. Alright, so here is the bad. Apparently, no one here knows how to be nice. I went up to grab my food, and the lady walking towards me looked like someone just took all her drug money and spent it on cat knip. After I went back to my table, I forgot to ask for salt, so I went back up to the counter. I asked the guy there for a little salt. The key word was little. This boy, without saying a word, gave all the salt in the whole freaking ocean. Like 10 plus salts. I'm back at the table eating and drinking my coffee. Manager, maybe, maybe not. I'm not really sure, but it starts going

Terrible service. Did was very dry. The bug Mac had no sauce. They don't give you ketchup. They didn't give any straws with your drink. Iv ask i guy that came from behind the counter for ketchup and he replied, "Im off the clock." And the manager replied, "Yes, That's correct." Really? So sad.

Outstanding fast food as always. Drive through is fast and my orders are always correct. My only issue is the woman on drive thru duty speaks too quickly and can be difficult to understand. She mumbled if we used “mobapp” and we were like, what? Apparently they’re instructed to ask if customers use the mobile app to order to expedite orders. We never do this so we were a little confused. If she could slow down and speak clearly, and maybe have a little smile in her voice, this location would be perfect!

Rudest drive thru I've experienced. Literally didn't even wait until we stopped at the pick up window before telling us to pull into a "drive thru PARKING SPOT" That alone tells you there is a problem. Even those spots filled up while people line up behind us. 20 min wait time. Not only did they pull us forward they got my order wrong. Then forgot about me while I waited on the forgotten part of my order.
