McDonald's

There were only a few customers when we arrived. Every table was dirty. We had to grab a stack of napkins to wipe down our own table. It was very cold inside. The bathroom was dirty. The food took a long time to arrive. We ordered dine-in, but they brought it to us in a bag. Overall very disappointing.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. The floors in the back had old fries and wrappers smashed and kicked to the side, just out of the main walking path. The dining room also looked like it had not been wiped down in quite a while. This McDonald’s is attached to a gas station, which was noticeably much cleaner. Honestly, we should have eaten there instead. We ordered at the kiosk on a Sunday at 1:44 PM and did not receive our food until 2:08 PM. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, definitely not hot and fresh. The workers moved around like zombies and did not seem to care about their jobs or the work environment. No orange juice a few minutes after 10 and "I'm not sure what happened but I can't do orange juice" = Mcdonald's needs another breakfast beverage because why do you expect people to come without serving a drink? Serving no fit drink is laughable. (Even if it is the machine) Re: their reply - Google maps is a place for customers to talk to customers, not the business. Info you choose to deal with should be dealt with on here, not some other platform.

Typical McDonald's, expensive and quick but not very good. When did McDonald's change their chocolate chip cookie prices? I use to buy an order of cookies and they were 3 for 99 cents. Now they're 99 cents each! That's insane. Here's my one little cookie for 99 cents. Every few years I break down and eat at McDonald's and every couple of years I'm surprised and disappointed all over again.

Drive through was incredibly slow. Double lanes for servixe and still slow and backed. Still managed to mess up a single sandwich order and they are out of the new released meal. One of the screens to order was shorting out and couldnt read half the menu. Reason why this one continues to have bad reviews and do nothing to improve. Year ago same thing when I passed through except we at inside and they brought us wrong tray of food and then gave use double order by accident. This is reflection of leadership and quality management.
