McDonald's

I'm not frequented patrons of this franchise but for this season, this location has got it right. When you need it and fresh they delivered. Probably the fastest customer service delivery on fresh dropped. Much appreciated filling the hunger spot.

We went in and the food was ready on about 2 minutes, i got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it was the best thing I’ve ever eaten, but both of those aren’t the reason Im giving it 5 stars. The worker was singing her heart out while cleaning and the customers loved it, this is what a perfect McDonald’s should look like.

Locked outside, burnt awful nuggets. This location is usually good but the D team was running it tonight UPDATE: After my initial disappointing experience, I was contacted by Ashley K., a Customer Service Specialist from TomTreyco McDonald's, who addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. They apologized for the incident, assured me my feedback was documented, and informed me that the general and district managers have been notified. While the experience that night was frustrating—being locked outside and served burnt nuggets—I appreciate the effort taken to resolve the issue and their commitment to improving. Pretty standard McDonald's experience. Got the sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal. Hash brown was really hot which was good. The sandwich was a little warmer than room temp which was kind of disappointing and also felt and looked old. The coffee tastes burnt like they had not clean the machine in a while. Overall, this would have been me better if the staff had at least smiled and said thank you. Definitely felt like a number and not a valued customer.

Every time I come through they forget something. This past time I only had two items including a happy meal. They forgot my kids food but included two toys? How do you just load up an empty box?
